So we are I the process of screening tenants and some if it is mind boggling.

The solution is simple, so very simple and it boggles me how wildly rare it is that any engage in such. 

Why do agents get listings and don't answer the phone is mind-boggling to me.

The level of cognitive dissonance that a lot of these guys display boggles the mind.

I guess alot of things boggle your mind!

So mind boggling to me.Hell...I can't make total sense of all of it.

It is absolutely mind boggling to me that people are worried about a couple hundred bucks when they are making a 100k+ investment. 

When you really think about how many parts are used in a typical house, it's mind-boggling.

Makes me wonder though as it took us 10+ years of hammering the pavement and setting up systems, processes, manuals, procedures, personnel, tech, etc... before we could open the doors to "out of house" investors and before we could claim "We are a reputable and organized property management company".How the F@#$ do investors succeed in making the whole process work from afar is mind boggling to me.Again, big hat's off to those that succeed as I couldn't and thus why I moved to the best country in the world.God Bless America and here is to another 10+ years and standing the test of time (Before AI and the terminator take over lol)
