I do think it is a way to bleed you  by the insurance companies but the hope is that it helps you when situations occur where large settlements are made.

Super interested in buying and holding of houses and am more than willing to sweat and bleed to earn sweat equity!

Crown Point and Mville also have good properties s well as the nicer towns west in lake county. 

That being said, the loan is current and there is no financial hardship here now other than the fact that that I am bleeding money paying for this empty house every month.  

Now we're trying to "stop the bleeding"; then, we'll have to make up a lot of lost ground.In the meantime, we've both got chronic health conditions, so it's not just our ages.  

@Chris Clothier  not to get totally off track.. but when I went through my dark days  2009 living Madison MS for 1 year triaging my bleeding loans I had about 600 in force and 250 I had to take back or work out.

It installs similar to laminate, but it wont swell if it gets wet as laminate may.

I thought my brain was bleeding by the end lol. 

Then you would get the most benefit from the bleed over from any improvements you make.Also make sure you are pushing rents up not down.

Unrelated to this conversation, I just heard a story from a realtor of an ice cube left on a laminate kitchen floor overnight that caused swelling and minor de-lamination.
