I did not realize that Cincinnati was generally regarded as one of the first great American boomtowns, and the Over the Rhine area was once the pride of the city, and boasts some of the most astounding Itallianette architecture that is rivaled by nowhere else in the U.S.You may recognize the area as the location of the 2001 race riots in Cincinnati that turned pretty ugly.

What sucks about this is Obama has raw salemanship talent that rivals Clinton but he has this near sociopath need to be the smartest guy in the room at all times....and he's not.

(no need to get bitter Rich...life is good) That said, my thoughts on the topic are back on Page 1...

I have always agreed with this(that's why I flip)but right now in California I think buy and hold can rival any area.Example being my last three flips.

The podcasts have talked alot about adding value, so, in short I like numbers, strategy and I scrutinize until the bitter end.  

(saving,saving,saving)- My current goal is to beat my rival to one million dollars in cash.

Divorces are often bitter and spiteful.  

But, remodeling in winter is bitter sweet.

Logic tells me that if I figure the extra land is worth $200K, that if I refinish this home to rival the others, that I can market it in the $800s.I've considered subdividing it, but it is 30' short of frontage to have 2 homes unless they are semi-detached by use of a breezeway or garage. 

@Dax GurrI believe in Utah you can evict after you gain ownership.The reason cash for keys is better is that you want to avoid a contentious relationship while their in your property with nothing to lose...and probably a bit bitter in the first place.Definitely try to talk to them.
