Hi all,

I've learned more in the last week than I have over a year from hopping around random blogs and websites here.  I'm a newbie to the site and to real estate investing.  I'm originally from Chicago and I currently own a unit in the West Loop there. 

The podcasts have talked alot about adding value, so, in short I like numbers, strategy and I scrutinize until the bitter end.  That said I'm happy to help anyone who'd like to review deals together.  The consulting background and big data experience has made me much more comfortable in front of a spread sheet.  If anyone needs help, wants to do a few mock deals, or simply want to grab coffee I'm happy to connect.
