Hi @Jerry Nogueras that depends on your goals and how open minded you are to different strategies. 

(As I would like to consider myself soon to become) I have a question dealing with both if anyone has open ears.

This is verified based on the good schools, department stores opening up (Costco, Target etc.) as well as verified investment from Jerry Jones (Dallas Cowboys owner) and the city to grow the population.

If you're open to expanding your search, I also recommend checking Columbus OH - lots of deals that still bring positive cash flow and great appreciation potential.

Yup and its a joke when you have these proclamations from those running for pres that they are going to magically accelerate construction.. they can do it if they want to pay 100% of it.. but if they expect the private sector that has to work through local zoning etc.. that aint happening and you cant force people to sell the land cheaper than they think its worth or can get on the open market just because we need starter housing.
