He's very anti-credit, Cash only purchases sorta thing.

I'm pretty "anti" HML and private lending... since in the DFW market the homes that come about are just not good enough to make me want to go out and use other funds.

I did most of my investing in King Co which has turned very anti-investor and anti-landlord.

Not even the anti-eviction law addresses this.

I know this is anti BP   who pays 250k for parking and storage ???  

The biggest hurdle for Amazon would be a combination of who is POTUS at the time, in conjunction with whether or not the Department of Justice would feel this violates anti-competition laws.

Also, the Attorney General in CA also prosecuted a lot of people under the Anti-Price Gouging laws for "price gouging" on rents.

Anyone from that area  thats willing to share hows the market as far as buying  rentals  goes ( high turnovers, weak market, the state is anti landlord?)

Or invest in main road frontage not in rentals defined to subdivison, anti main drag minimums that never have the opportunity for other property pursuits

Those update expenses alone may use up all of your higher profits on B units....or even drive your return negative.I'm not anti-B units, and I know investors who have done them successfully.
