Unfortunately I had hip replacement surgery and could not go and asked for my refund.  

What I was going to say was that when I turned 54 I had a brain annurism and a stroke and have not been able to walk for over 8 years and they happened two days before my scheduled preventative surgery and I never anticipated that because I was in perfect shape and a Chiropractor told me to get a brain MRI. 

I don't want to train my competition and I don't want the hassles of people whom you help but want their money back because they didn't work hard enough to get a deal.Sometimes, a good deed gets punished.This site is full of newbies who expect to get something for nothing.The world does not work like that.Can you imagine someone who wants to be a surgeon and wants to go through med school for free in a few days and wants to have a successful surgery and get paid $10,000 in 30 days?

While there, may as well ask if they have anyone that specializes in these, the metaphor here being that if you need knee surgery then you don't need a general practitioner doctor or a cancer doctor or a brain surgery doctor, you need a doctor that's a joint surgeon.

People with brain cancer are getting surgery from an eye doctor and wondering why it didn't work... or trying to get a reverse mortgage from me, I'm young and my clients tend to be young (reverse mortgages require you be 62 years old), I've never done one.

I didn't feel like getting a new unit (rest of the house is fine) or doing exploratory surgery on my duct work, so we got the window unit.Window unit ACs can run $150-$300 -- I see this is a new tenant but if you're offering a home with AC and its not up to snuff, see if they have the "one bedroom" problem and maybe look to purchase a window unit. 

How would you pick any other professional - how would you pick a doctor for surgery, your attorney for your divorce?

Also I'm going to be having a baby this summer, who will require several surgeries, so trying to get to court (who knows how long of a wait) between all of this is going to be more challenging that usual.

And you can go an entire successful 30 year career without ever learning it.The only "workaround," assuming the tax code is being followed and everything is accurate there, is finding a new lender, one you have some reason to believe is more competent in this very specific niche.... you don't go to a general ear/nose/throat doctor if you need brain surgery.

@William Wilson as long as you can still access capital for the unforeseen like 15k for a sewer job or 10k for a new roof, or 5k for your dog to have surgery, or you lose your job, then go for it.
