Are there any cool small ski towns that have good outlook for growth?  

Could you give me a shout out. looking to purchase in the next 6-8 months. and if there is any member that can lead me to the best listing sites for these areas I would be more that grateful. thanks BP!

When you have numbers and a long term outlook, it helps absorb the occasional short term loss.

I was never one to sit down and read, however more recently I have found how relaxing it is and instead of reading some fairytale story I'd much rather learn how to better my future and adjust my outlook on life.

How do you think the outlook for those neighborhoods are?

I do have trouble finding deals but I have an awesome agent who is out looking for them for me, calling owners.

I was a persistent night owl and never quite realized how much a morning routine could change your entire outlook on your immediate day's tasks, but more importantly, change your outlook on yourself and where you want to be. 

Just my out look on it.
