Hey BP, If anyone in or around the Birmingham, AL market that has or knows anyone selling a small multifamily (2-4) unit. Could you give me a shout out. looking to purchase in the next 6-8 months. and if there is any member that can lead me to the best listing sites for these areas I would be more that grateful. thanks BP!
