Once you've narrowed your strategy focus, I'd recommend really honing your keyword alerts to be progressively more specific, so you know if and when someone's starts talking about your Holy Grail of investment type and preferred market.

You're already in a great area for passive income, which puts you a step ahead of other new investors.If you have an idea already of the type of investment you're looking to get into, I'd recommend adding some progressively specific keyword alerts so you know if anyone starts talking about your holy grail of niche, market, provider, etc.

Having said that, there are many people with dim prospects that have many kids, so I guess it works for a lot of people.Don't think notes are the holy grail.
