Best investment strategy for small SDRIA
I have $19000 in a 401k with my previous employer that I want to move into a SDRIA and start investing. I am still researching my options. $19000 does not get you a lot of real estate in my area (salt lake city , Utah).
So far it looks like my options are vacant land flipping, note investing, and crowdfunding. Also I am not an accredited investor which limits my crowdfunding options.
Anyone investing with a smaller SDRIA have any advise for me?
