@Harold,I am also trying to break into wholesaling, though all of the information I have read and found from those who have been successful with wholesaling has never mentioned an attorney.  

@Harold Smith I would recommend doing a lot more research on the topic of becoming a wholesaler prior to putting most people’s biggest life purchase under contract.If anything, most wholesalers recommend NOT becoming an agent as they have to abide by much stricter standards and some agents will even argue that wholesaling is brokering without a license.
