We use Chase, and they have checked that our LLCs are registered and current on filings.

This could include computer delays, the inability to reach the site, creating a late filing, and subsequent penalties.

@Apurv Asthana I usually keep high deductibles and low premiums on all my policies since I wouldn't file a claim unless absolutely necessary...usually I can get things repair at good pricing. 

They've never navigated a period like we are in now and they haven't pivoted from their boom times playbook.If you manage to get your principal back you'll have to pay back the taxes you've deferred (depreciation recapture).

I understand that rents will go up over time and my mortgage payment will pay down the principal, but it seems like investing the $1.43mil into rental properties and/or a low fee US stock market fund may work out better for me. 

When I filed a claim, my insurance company denied it because the property was under rehab and not rented.

I filed for eviction and of course she hasn't paid rent dec and Jan.

Here in NY if I wrote a cash for keys agreement, it would have to be filed in specific legal places with certain documents and notarized. 

As for the info being wrong - I know that filing a complaint against the listing agent for misrepresentation could be an option.
