Need advice on landlord insurance

Hey All, I am purchasing my first rental property in Katy TX (not in 100 or 500 year flood zone). It's a 4 bedroom SFH for $325k, built in 1990 and it's got many upgrades including a 2024 roof. I plan to rent it as soon as I close. I got a few insurance quotes but most of them have deductible at 3-5%. That just sounds too high to be paying up to $10k-$15k in deductible. I want to learn from experienced landlords here, how much deductible should we choose?

My deductibles are usually $2-5000. I generally prefer higher since I don’t plan on putting in small claims, it’s basically just for catastrophic loses and the savings in premiums over multpiple properties for multiple years should balance that out if I have ever have to use the insurance.
