I am asking what you hope to achieve with this complicated setup?

A lot of big developments are happening here and this is the fastest growing places in Alabama.

Adding 1-2 doors this year would be awesome. 

It would be mainly rented to alumni, parents of students and people exploring the area by the University of Florida.  

As for the decision, it's really tough for any of us to say without knowing your goals, your situation and the numbers on this particular house.
