Good book recommendations if you haven't read them; Medici Effect, 4 hour work week, F*ck your feelings.  

I cut my teeth on Robert Kiyosaki, the richest man in Babylon, four hour workweek, the millionaire next door, ect.

Next up on my list is the Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris, I've heard it's contrarian with regards to most of the other business/finance books out there but I'm excited for a different perspective. 

My work weeks were easily 80+ hours and often longer when you factored in the time it took me to figure out investing and project management basic practices.

I have also listened to Gary Keller book, Rich Dad, Think and Grow Rich, 4 Hour Work Week, and numerous other business books.

Other similar mindset books.The 4 Hour Workweek by Tim FerrisThink and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill80/20 Sales and Marketing by Perry MarshallBut if you are sure real estate is your thing the Bigger Pockets books and the Rich Dad Advisor series are both excellent for filling in details.

Like a lot of you, I've read the Four Hour Workweek and was fascinated by Tim's use of VA's to help keep his day to day live as efficient as possible.

I'll do my best to keep it concise and interesting :)About me: - Interest in real estate started while in college (Rich Dad Poor Dad)- Worked in sales and management after graduating- Built a real estate investment portfolio part time while working full time- Quit my W-2 job after 3 years and went full time self employed- Started and sold a successful ECommerce business (Still partial ownership, but silent partner.  4-hour work week anyone?

(hint: It's the 4 Hour Work Week). 

A living trust is in the immediate future, just hard to find the time with a baby and 70 hour work weeks.
