hey guys my name is Michael Niemeier. I live in mid Missouri. My primary interest is buy and hold property accumulation. My first goal is to have a passive income of 30k within five years. I work nights in a factory so I have been burning through audio books for about two years now, ten to twelve hours a night. Monday I actually found a podcast from bigger pockets and am about 30 hours into it. I have actually already bought Brandons books and audio book bundles because this is hands down the best information I've ever gotten from a podcast. I cut my teeth on Robert Kiyosaki, the richest man in Babylon, four hour workweek, the millionaire next door, ect. When I'm not at work lately I've been remodelling the house I bought last month specifically planning to rent and trying to find anyone I can learn from and work with. Anyone who is active particularly in missouri I'd love to hear from you.
