Fellow BP'ers,

Thank you for taking the time to read my intro!  I'll do my best to keep it concise and interesting :)

About me:

- Interest in real estate started while in college (Rich Dad Poor Dad)

- Worked in sales and management after graduating

- Built a real estate investment portfolio part time while working full time

- Quit my W-2 job after 3 years and went full time self employed

- Started and sold a successful ECommerce business (Still partial ownership, but silent partner.  4-hour work week anyone? lol)

- Currently working full time in investment real estate

My Current Portfolio:

- Consists of several student homes that generate 5x - 10x the cash flow that a traditional rental would

- A couple homes were purchased myself through FHA leapfrog and refi (house hacking is the best!)

- One home as partnership with family

- One home as partnership with a silent investor

What I am looking to do moving forward:

- Create a marketing machine to funnel leads to other businesses that I own/partner in

- Self sufficient wholesaling business (employee run, profit sharing, partnership, etc.)

- Self sufficient flipping business (team of employees)

- Retail Real Estate brokerage for retail deals and property management (most likely acquire pre-existing prop management business)

- Expand student housing portfolio

- Build out-of-state portfolio for passive income

- Possible: Create hard money lending company using OPM

Whew!  Sorry for the long list, but I wanted to make it as quick of a read as possible!  I'm hoping to chat further in detail later as curiosities and obstacles come up.  I'm not normally this dry and robotic, I can assure you :P  I look forward to hearing from everyone soon!
