My first question is what creative financing strategies have worked well for you?

It is a done for your type of program but they do teach you how to do it as well.

While these criteria work well for Class A and B properties, they might not be suitable for Class C.

Sometimes it can take longer to place a *qualified* tenant into these properties as well so your vacancy can be a bit higher. 

I have always worked with an agent in the past and have an agent I work well with and trust.
