I think the banks spam/virus blocker may be stopping the emails from getting to him.

Anti virus and anti spyware programs are only as good as the latest update and effective only against the more common threats.

Do you run any anti spyware utilities (adaware, spybot and even some of the online virus scanners have built in spyware detection now I believe).

Internet communications cannot be guaranteed to be timely, secure, error or virus-free.

I can see it now...the tenant posts pictures of that wild party...ya know... the one that put those holes in the walls and busted out the patio door.I would be ok with email, but only in the form of reporting issues, not for spreading the latest virus alert and joke of the day.
