Due to time zone differences etc I felt got poached...but really I just had bad luck lol.

However, I would like to be in the same time zone as them for operational reasons that may come up as I expand my business.

@Matt K. makes a great point about time zones.

I'm not sure how others outside of the US and Canada can create events though.One nuance that I found was it kept giving me an error and wouldn't let me post the event until I realized that the blank box next to the end time was to select a timezone (only North American timezones are listed). 

Be sure to mention that the property was, at one time zoned as a multi.Hope this leads you in the right direction.SincerelyCindy

It would be nice to have dates and time displayed in my local timezone :) As easy alternative would be to add the timezone information to the end of the date-time stamp on each forum post.

BiggerPro is out west some, so he has an advantage of those of us in more eastern time zones!
