OTRCH operates a couple of what I call "wet rehab" centers meaning congregate housing for persons otherwise homeless and there are several other agencies like "First Step House" etc. that might be interested in a presence in this block.Or you could cut your losses and put it back on the market under the "greater fool theory."

I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.

Obviously if a renter were to stay there for years, that renter placement cost would be spread out and could again get back into break even territory (with some variance due to anticipated rental rates in years to come or the rate of new property tax hikes)
