Steve R. Evicting tenant who's made partial payments. Do I need to give them 30 day notice?

If this is simply you not wanting to accept partial payments and the rent is current, stop accepting it - and send a Lease Violation/Notice of Quit for Non-Payment of Rent - and force the full rent to be paid per the lease or start eviction.

Average rental rates, vacancies, competition, growth, appreciation, etc..Ive heard of scrolling through Zillow and collecting information by looking at properties for sale/rent but was wondering if there is a site where all of this information is easily accessible or any ideas for better ways to go about it.Thanks in advance!

@Jorge Vazquez we stopped doing signs over 10 years ago.We had a separate phone number on our signs, so were able to track traffic & applications from them.We were getting more & BETTER leads from our online ads then the signs - so an easy choice to stop using them (also time & money savings).
