People in my area live right next to train tracks and there are loud trains shaking the place at all hours.

I've also seen the extra space used to make a toy train set up for HO gage trains.

If you're looking to form an LLC and use it to buy tutorials and training programs and stuff, you don't need it, but go ahead and treat yourself if you'd like to have one.

I do agree it will probably work better than a barely-trained VA but it still will have varied results.

I've heard many places have desk fees or training cost, and there seem to be tools on the market commonly in use (Crexi, Costar, Buildout, etc), that make commercial real estate information more accessible than it normally would be.
