It’s a huge move, and you’re already starting off strong by asking questions and soaking in as much knowledge as possible.

However, forgive my curiosity - I'm really just trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

I just want to soak up as much knowledge as possible and get my feet wet as soon as the right deal presents itself.

As of right now, I have read 3 books and have listened to countless hours of podcasts trying to soak up as much knowledge as I can. 

Probably not going to happen when folks live right up next to dense oil soaked brush ( natural oil in the leaves) . 

There's plenty of info to soak up on BP but make sure you also attend local meet ups, even if they might be on other islands and network with local investors.

(I've heard stories of ceramic tile grout lines that were so soaked in urine that the smell wouldn't come out.)Although ceramic tile looks nice, vinyl should be your go-to in a rental bathroom.

Pantry is a must in most plans as is a soaking tub in primary .
