Okay, so I am a new investor and I'm currently analyzing multiple deals a day to get my head in the game and be able to grow sharper day in and day out.

At the very least for the time and cost it makes your house just a bit sharper than the others for sale in the area.

He'll respect you for being willing to pay more for his work, and on future bids he'll know that his pencil needs to be a little sharper when bidding your jobs.
