@Sedgrid LewisThe only times I wouldn't rent to a sex offender is if they were convicted of a sexual offense involving violence or if it involved a child.

Keep in mind people reproduce so even renting to a couple you can wind up with 3 kids in a one bedroom in a short time..... so you need to vet the people and even then it doesn't guarantee anything.
