There are so many great local coffee shops in Indy to try, that is just a bonus. 

I can go on campus, my $100 storage unit, a coffee shop, etc.

Other companies have come in person to do it.Every year, I get new 4-point inspections on ALL of my properties and send to my agent to re-shop my insurance rates. 

Mobile homes can sometimes be more expensive to insure, so it’s good to shop around for quotes.Resale Value: If you ever decide to sell the mobile home, understand that its value might not increase over time.

As for the insurance you really have to just shop around and estimate your risk tolerance.

It is in good condition and centrally located to shopping and the base so I'm surprise that it has been sitting this long.
