The meditation, visualization, and scribing part are an integral part of my day and really allow me to relax, collect my thoughts, and rejuvenate. 

There's new development like LAFC stadium, new Honda dealership & George Lucas Museum but also property prices in the area are still some of the lowest prices in Los Angeles City, favorable zoning (primarily LAR2 and up), a lot of craftsman style homes, and the councilman is working really hard to rejuvenate the local parks.

So these communities are slowly being rejuvenated and the demographics are changes.  

Does anyone on the site have any experience with the "Rejuvenate" Floor Restorer or other solutions on the market that offer a less expensive alternative to refinishing a wooden floor that is in reasonable condition for it's age?

I was thinking the stadium might rejuvenate some of the commercial properties nearby, but then I'm not sure if it will given that most stadium-goers won't wander too far into the neighborhood.

I am gonna rejuvenate myslef, get back into some cute clothes, and heels!

Eight of these nine properties fell out of escrow and there was nothing I could do to rejuvenate them.I do have other threads and posts on here during that time that give examples of the better deals that I obtained.

Being able to mold something in my own image and rejuvenate the neighborhood while making a little money on the side is a great feeling.

During all of this the properties continue to cashflow.Maybe, you could find an older neighborhood that has plans for a rejuvenation project.
