I checked this site out years ago and rediscovered it recently.

Thank goodness I rediscovered the way I thought and discovered the appeal North Jersey has.  

Remained covered by jungle until rediscovered in 1814.

These homes would cost so much more to build new and the proximity to good jobs etc...In a lot of cities these would have been rediscovered as desirable locations.

I'll spend a few hours a day on here for a couple of weeks, then get busy and not log in for a little while or just check for a few... then rediscover and dive back in headfirst.

Maybe that has changed; maybe not.Also, around 2016, I rediscovered the BiggerPockets Marketplace, which has been far more effective at attracting cash buyers for our wholesale deals.

My husband is active duty so local is only as applicable to the current set of orders :) So I totally understand what it is like to have to rediscover a whole new community and area every time.This is an amazing community with so many different niches and specialities.

I just recently rediscovered Bitcoin and crypto.
