Personally I don't find the one side bar ad all that intrusive for a free app with the functionality this has... the biggest complaint is that you can't make sub accounts (i.e. 1 expense account for a property with sub-accounts for each particular expense type) but you can export directly to MS Excel and re-arrange and graph however you want there if you needed to a higher level view to show someone.Hopefully this helps others interested in the program... not bad for free :)

It is too burdensome for us to rearrange our schedule to perform a pre-move-out inspection the next day, and it seems useless to perform a pre-moveout inspection the day the tenant moves out.

Thank you @Mike Wood all what I really know is that I dont want to subcontract on my own because it will cost me even and risky results. however I might be missing the real cost of the construction. however I must rearrange my thoughts, I  just would like what is the fair % or flat fee for the builder.

So today I was doing maintenance at one of my rentals, I opened the closet to access the central AC handler unit to change the filter and after I opened the closet door,  I had to rearrange a few things to clear the space to the left so I can have a clear path to the filter slot.As I moved some clothes to the right my hand touched what appeared to be a human head on the rack.I quickly jumped back and in my mind was a scene in Silence of the Lambs...I tripped on myself and fell on my butt.I was so scared LOL.Glad the tenant wasn't there.
