If you live in the house, and an LLC owns it.....there is zero liability protection created by that LLC.

You'll also want to coordinate with your estate plan, and consider getting an estate plan if you do not yet have one in place.As to the trust, that's generally an estate planning tactic rather than asset protection.

You can't list your commercial rentals on their website, it is definitely geared for residential rentals.

Hey @Eli Edwards,In my limited experience New Western, and any other larger company who is geared towards wholesaling properties, generally doesn't leave much on the bone for the end buyer.
