That's a pretty vague question, and I'd love to help but it depends on what you are searching for! 

I just had a few offmarket multis in Waterville sent my way that are pretty nice.

I'm a very new real estate investor and pretty new to BP as well (only my second post) so excuse me for any mistakes in my post. 

Pretty easy to make 2% or more when you're spending that kind of money.
