Original poster takes the one answer they were predisposed to agree with, buy, and is pretty much running with it.

Quick summary of the deal, and in order to predispose someone with an opinion, the one thing I find difficult about the deal is the fact that it is a condo in a small (5 unit) building that is not FHA qualified due to the amount of investor owners.

Given the tremendous potential Bentonville has I'm predisposed to endorse this deal, but the numbers are prohibitive!

(Apartments are also getting hard to sell.)When the crash happens in places like New York, the fundamentals elsewhere won't matter that much, because the correction in the favored markets will spook the lenders - who are and always have been predisposed to be wary of smaller markets, where they have now followed the investors because that's where investors have gone.  

In practice from what I've experienced, most agents either don't understand the wholesale transaction or think wholesalers are brokering without a license and are predisposed to not want to help them.

Are you predisposed to ocean front versus more historic Williamsburg area?   

And let's not forget that the vast majority of people on this forum have no idea with the stock actually is, have never traded stocks, don't even know how to invest in the stock market, and most people here are already predisposed to do something with real estate.So frankly, this is a bit of a nutty question to ask a group of real estate investors on a real estate investing forum…

I suggest you look for triggers...multiple catalysts thst cause people to want to become predisposed to budiness with you (and you alone because of your expertise, as I've discovered and mastered). 

At least I don't, and I am predisposed to worrying.

It doesn't win your case no, but who in their right mind would make a statement that would predispose the judge into considering them unethical?
