Hello everyone,I really love how effective probate and administrative leads are, but I'm currently working fulltime in a large pharmaceutical company, and my hours are those exact of most court houses, so it makes it extremely difficult to get probate leads.

If it wasn't for my advice to get out of poorly performing stocks (Sirius radio and Gold ETFs) and into a great company (Gilead pharmaceuticals), He would be hopelessly negative on stock investments that he's had for years.

There are plenty of examples where business raising prices are considered unethical (e.g. pharmaceutical company increasing the price on life saving medicine). 

I am new to this Real State world, I have been, and still am a CEO and founder of a pharmaceutical company for animal health here in Mexico.

I have hopes of becoming an investor and would love to have some rental properties to provide some passive income while I continue my career as a pharmacist within the pharmaceutical industry. 

Lots of items are sourced from China, including medicines and other pharmaceuticals.

I work in pharmaceutical sales which affords me a decent pay and flexible schedule and I truly enjoy it so my properties will be passive income which will further support my family.My parents have a college rental at the University of Dayton which does very nice and I like the idea of that model as a fairly safe and reliable source of passive income.

As suggested, it's then easier to just sell heroin and call yourself a Pharmaceutical Rep and Distribution Specialist.

I used to sell pharmaceuticals in Lakeland and the entire I-4 corridor between Tampa and Orlando.

Nurses and medical personnel and grocery in pharmaceutical and other essential type jobs are probably much safer.
