For now, i started putting carpeting in 2nd floor apartments due to the lower cost, speed and over a number of years the carpeting probable does not cost more than tile or laminate flooring because tenants screw up every type of flooring and landlords incur costs for repairs, regardless of what you install.But...I went to an orthopedic doctor who had about a 20,000 sq ft office with that rubber type laminate and I love the way it looks and holds up.

When I go to my orthopedic doctor for my sciatic pain I am amazed regarding the number of young people in the waiting room who come in with leg problems and walk in with a limp.I can imagine many people getting hurt at your property because of the angle of the hill where people sprain their ankle, crash to the ground, break their hip and need a hip replacement.
