Are there mentors out there that can guide us into searching for our first deal?

My mentor told me I was still charging too low for the value I was providing. 

We do have a lot of networking in the chat, in break out sessions and in Q & A.

@Richard Rafferty, given the relatively small nature you are looking to take on with your first syndication, personally, I would find it hard justify the typically 20-30k+ for a paid mentor. 

I need financing, and a mentor. 

Thank you,Phil Don’t have any experience with the mentioned mentors, but I do have 45 years experience in commercial real estate investing.Flipping (wholesaling) commercial properties require the same base of knowledge (real estate principles, real estate law and real estate finance) that is a foundational requirement for flipping residential properties; PLUS, extensive knowledge of the commercial property TYPE one is trying to engage with, and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market for the subject property type. 

If you aren't changing at least one small detail you are probably doing it wrong or not fully engaged, in each update session. 

Any advice or recommendations for funding, mentoring, partners, real estate brokers or attorneys would be most appreciated. 

A mentor ship program is how most people do it.

While a mentor is helpful, I don't think these coaching programs can dedicate enough time to individual students to provide that.
