We cleared the building for six hours and fogged all units, put poison in every unit including inside walls and left all tenants with a do-it-yourself insecticide purchased off Amazon.The specialist brought to my attention another unit that was pretty dirty.

  One tool for controlling all kinds of bugs, that I have found extremely useful and efficient, but that many landlords do not consider, is to add an insecticide to both the indoor and outdoor paint of all my rentals.

There is a "natural product" for the grubs called Milky Spore, and I tried it, but it just doesn't work fast enough to keep the lawn from getting destroyed; so it's either use chemical insecticides or the lawn is dead.
