It would be possible in other ways like a lot of hot client leads but anything other than that will probably be specific to what that agent needs.

Good short summary.I've done several Phase 1s and knew it was important, but the specifics of why it is important was never really clear. 

May I ask why you are specifically looking for smaller deals? 

I have been in the industry for 27 years.
