Tenants know that LL can be distracted by large amounts of greenbacks.

Tenant is likely hoping to distract you with those beautiful greenbacks right before your eyes.

Human nature is to help others, but another human nature is sniffing out greenbacks. 

The greenback is here to stay in my opinion.

Lots of us are interested in investing south of the border (and helping US investors enjoy the benefits of a strong greenback by investing up here.

Just looked the listing...inside looks well done, back is of course ugly....4 months ago when listed you could have had a nice green back yard....totally unappealing as is.

REITs or any other non-cash assets are investments, go up and down all the time, and are less liquid than greenbacks. 

I was green back then and actually bought a bunch of the places at the "bottom of the market" in 2007 (so just when things got real every place else) since we were already that far along.Note my advice about having a plan to cash in equity in the next few years.  

The properties then become REO.Court house auctions are a cash game - you will need a cashiers check or green backs to win a bid at the court house auction.
