In literary terms, its called foreshadowing

Cash flow is key and this is a little foreshadowing to give us REI some insight to the future.Lending is also opening up its guide lines with Non-QM loans being offered since 2022. 

Does this likely just mean more jobs to the area or could it be a foreshadow of deterioration??

The next few weeks will likely  foreshadow the intensity of the spring and summer markets, however it’s possible in our increasingly interconnected and responsive economy that buyer(s) will once again shelve their purchase plans until conditions and rates improve. 

If you go into a partnership dwelling on the loss of control, the shared profits, and the potential headaches it may foreshadow what you experience.

The common thread about these articles actually has nothing to do with Supply/Demand; they don't cite the 2008 numbers and they don't make a claim toward the basic tenants of S&D that you would anticipate from any market-related projection.What all 3 articles have in common is that they are using a "new way" of projecting market activity - they are looking at buyer activity across 3rd party applications online as a foreshadowing of future buyer demand...and it kind of makes sense to me.  

There are plenty of options for coverage, but the next policy will probably be slightly up.Many carriers believe that the increase in claims is a foreshadowing of a larger claim yet to come.  

I hope this is foreshadowing of more to come.My tenants are still moving out much too frequently, but the last two vacancies have filled before the old tenant is out.I had over 100 phone calls on the last vacancy.
