The other is the finished basement.

There are good relations with the neighbor so this likely wouldn't be terribly difficult to pull off, but I haven't ever developed a property from scratch so I would definitely like the opportunity to partner with someone on this to help ensure the success but first I want to finish the smaller property to have sufficient funding available if it is needed.

What type of finishes?

I meant to make a point that an ADU is an improvement to your property much like a finished basement or a pool.

I don't see finished making much of a difference in value.

This allowed Jerry Scott and Chad Wolfe to focus on the execution of the project without needing to invest their own capital upfront, ensuring a streamlined process from start to finish.
