So stocks are good but the issue is as you liquidate the asset depletes and till its eventually gone.

Maybe finance 50-70% and hire PM.I would stay in real estate, it is hedged against inflation and you can consume part of the cash flow instead of depleting equity, you can actually let the continue to grow.

Typically DSCR is minimum 20-25% down, they will utilize a proportion of the current or proposed rental income to qualify.I'd have a second look at the income for full documentation qualification as well..there might be some other ways to qualify income..including asset depletion..
