It’s a very good buffet and it normally costs $13-$15, so it’s a small discount to get some good food, learn, and network.

My sacrifice… no haircuts and no fast food. 1 job full time, 1 full time side hustle. 0 debt at the time other than student loans.

Now some food for thought.

You and your partners are going to do nothing but put food on the table for your GC, Agent & PM.

Coffee shops, fast food, subscriptions, even consider what groceries you buy.
