My husband and I are both new to house flipping, however, I've been dong my research for about a year and we are ready to take the plunge.

They need to believe that you plan on dong business with them in the future though.

Your first line of protection is make sure he knows what he is dong and that it is a good deal.

If you are already familiar with the area that can change things a little, but at some point (and that point is different for every investor), you need to see everything you are doing and who you are dong business with.Best of luck - Chris

My liens are in Yavapai and at some point I'll be dong the 30 day notice to foreclose and then foreclosing.
