Hi everyone.

My husband and I are both new to house flipping, however, I've been dong my research for about a year and we are ready to take the plunge. We have seen all the "house flipper" TV shows and talked to a few other people that we know that have investment property. We are hoping to have flipped at least one house by the end of the year :)
