They lied about having a landlord app for mobile - its not an app, its just a webpage tha you navigate to on your mobile device.  

Also, my business partner Mike Ayala has owned and operated mobile home communities since 2007.

. - Storage and Mobile park prices could soften.

It included 25 mobile homes, 60 self-storage units, and four commercial tenants.

(In case the local government decides they don’t want the mobile homes there any longer.)

Recently decided, to invest in a mobile home park but sold at a loss.

Unless the land is super valuable, probably not collateral for the mobile homes.
