When I think of some of my most cherished memories as a kid, they involved pizza picnics on the lawn (my mom makes amazing pizza), going berry picking in the bush with my parents or grandparents and time at the lake.

I have come to rely on and cherish the advice and council from more experienced investors that I can now feel comfortable calling with questions about my deals.

Zillow and other sites are algorithm-based programs, and although many cherish this data-driven overview, real estate on a local level is always a person-based business. 

So its something to cherish and remember that Stress can be a killer, it almost took me back in the cash for keys days, but we did what we had to, make lots of great relationships and did our own deals to keep it all going. 

I still have clients from 30 years ago and many that turned into investing partners with me.. you create a relationship and or a bond.. and those relationships are worth a ton and are cherrished I know i cherish mine. 

My career is something that I cherish and I will continue with it for the next 10 years to reach a 20yr retirement.

Again creative financing is financing that does not conform to the traditional approaches you seem to cherish.
