I would recommend adding a chatbot to your real estate investor website to help convert your traffic into leads.As it is, most "We Buy Houses" website convert less than 1% of visitors into leads!

When I first heard Virtual Assistant I had also assumed maybe the VAs were chatbots.

What I'm still working to figure out is you're just using the system to coordinate maintenance (e-rent + lease turnover already in place) is it primarily just a chatbot automation that's coordinating hand-off with your existing contractors that you're already working with (since most areas remain outside their full service coverage)?
