Is there anything you wish you had known when you began your real estate career? 

Great start to your career and I am sure your a big inspiration to the young investors who yearn to be landlords. 

I am currently serving in the United States Air Force, so as a military member, I will be moving around during my career. 

Early on in my career, I saw a close frend do something similar.. she borrowed from her circle to finance a rural fixer-upper, then paid them back once she refinanced after the rehab.I’m guessing that massive yard plus the barn is already a big selling point for your tenant, especially with a family that wants a little extra room for animals.

I was a college athlete whenever I learned about BiggerPockets and really started my investing career.

If you’re have ambition either for a career as a management/ professional/ entrepreneur or becoming a real property investor then you’re going to bat with 2 strikes.  

Many others on here have said the same thing, but at your age i'd focus on career.

Also not all deals on FB are bad deals - they just need to be vetted like every other deal.Note: This post is being made based on my opinion and I was not under duress or a threat of lawsuit.
